- **Model:** Referral/marketplace — partners with independent contractors to deliver services (no employees)
- **Website:** Customers book online or call to book cleaning services
- **Customer acquisition:** Mostly word of mouth, referrals, returning customers
- **Running for:** ~10 years
- **Role:** Solo founder
- **Employee:** Abigail (based in South Africa)
- **Current focus:** Growing the business, increasing income
- **Biggest challenge:** Marketing — not a strong marketer, trying to build out marketing competencies
- **Cash situation:** Cash-strapped, bootstrapping

## Vision

- **Long-term:** No More Chores runs independently of Mike — he sits on the board
