### 1. Customer Service Agent (HIGH PRIORITY)
- **Why:** Replace Aircall's role, handle customer inquiries
- **Channels:** Gmail + GHL SMS
- **Integrations:** Airtable (customer data), Launch27 (bookings), GoHighLevel (SMS/CRM)
- **Capabilities:** Answer questions, handle reschedules, booking confirmations, escalate to Mike when needed
- **Platform:** OpenClaw
- **Deadline pressure:** Aircall cancellation March 6

### 2. CMO / Marketing Agent
- **Why:** Orchestrate all marketing activities
- **Channels:** Social media, email campaigns, SEO
- **Integrations:** GHL (email automation), Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
- **Platform:** OpenClaw (strategy + execution), Claude Code (building assets)
- **Status:** Started in Claude Code, needs to move to OpenClaw

### 3. Competitive Intelligence Agent
- **Why:** Monitor what NMC competitors are doing
- **Capabilities:** Track competitor pricing, reviews, SEO rankings, social activity, new services
- **Platform:** OpenClaw
