# Launch27 Follow-Up Email - March 10, 2026

Hi Launch27 team,

I sent a detailed email on February 28th outlining my concerns about the latest price increase. It's now March 10th and I still haven't received a response.

I also asked your support team for a product roadmap or an up-to-date changelog. Your public release notes haven't been updated since 2021. That's five years of silence. I'm still waiting on that too.

To recap where I'm coming from: 10 years as a customer, 30,000+ bookings, $6.1M+ in revenue processed through your platform. I take this relationship seriously, which is why I took the time to write that email in the first place.

The core issue hasn't changed. This is the second price increase in under two years with no meaningful product development to justify it. No roadmap, no releases, no communication. The only time I hear from Launch27 is downtime notices and price increases.

What I'm asking for:

1. A price freeze at my current rate. After a decade and $6M+ through your platform, I shouldn't be absorbing increases for development that isn't happening.

2. A current product roadmap or changelog. Something that shows me what you've actually shipped since 2021 and what's coming. If it exists, I'd love to see it. If it doesn't, that tells me everything I need to know.

3. A call with Omar or someone from leadership. After 10 years I think I've earned a direct conversation about where this platform is headed.

I am actively evaluating alternatives. I'd prefer to stay, but I need a reason to.

Looking forward to a response this time.
