- Mike runs No More Chores — internet-based cleaning company in Toronto, ~10 years
- Solo founder, one employee: Abigail (South Africa)
- Lives in Claremont, Ontario (near Pickering)
- Kids: Ben (10), Ellie (turning 8)
- Biggest priority: marketing — wants to build an AI-powered marketing director/CMO
- Cash-strapped, needs to grow income
- Heavy AI user (Claude Code, ChatGPT), exploring how AI can help grow the business
- Has been building marketing orchestration concept in Claude Code

- No More Chores model: refers work to independent contractors, not employees
- Customers book online or call; acquisition is mostly word of mouth/referrals/repeat
- Already building a CMO agent in Claude Code for marketing strategy + execution

## Ideas & Decisions to Revisit
- AI org structure: agents as CEO, CFO, CMO, COO — Mike on the board
- CMO agent already started in Claude Code, should become an OpenClaw agent
- Claude Code = IT/dev guy, OpenClaw agents = executive team
- Agents can have skills though, so the line is blurry — start simple, split later
- Shared memory between Claude Code and OpenClaw via shared filesystem on MacBook Air
- Move Claude Code workspace to MacBook Air (single source of truth)
- Unified messenger (Beeper) — worth exploring for Mike's personal chat consolidation
- Which channel to talk to Harvey: Slack for work? WhatsApp for personal? TBD
- Morning briefing set up (7am daily)
- Persistent memory across Claude Code + OpenClaw = shared files on same machine

- Remind Mike to go through CAPABILITIES.md and start setting things up
