## Quote-to-Booking System - Design Session (Slack #calls, ~11pm)

Mike wants to move away from GHL invoicing and build a custom quote-to-booking flow. Key decisions made:

### Architecture Agreed On:
1. **Quote Generation:** AI extracts services from call summaries → draft quote posted to Slack
2. **Approval:** Mike/Abigael approve in Slack
3. **Delivery:** Quote sent via GHL (both SMS and email) so all comms stay in GHL's conversation timeline
4. **Quote Page:** Unique link, NMC branded, mobile-friendly. No "accept quote" button — instead the page IS a booking form pre-filled with quoted services/pricing
5. **Booking:** Customer picks date/time on the quote page → booking goes directly into Launch27

### Key Decisions:
- **GHL stays as communication hub** — all customer emails/SMS go through GHL for tracking
- **GHL invoicing is OUT** — replaced by custom quote system
- **GHL keeps:** contact database, pipeline tracking, conversation history
- **Launch27 stays** as booking system and pricing source of truth
- **Quote storage:** Twilio Sync (already used for Leah's memory)
- **Email delivery via GHL v2 API** (not Gmail) so it shows in contact conversation
- **Follow-up nudges** planned (48hr auto-reminder if no booking)

- Twilio Serverless (quote pages + API)
- Launch27 API (pricing + booking creation)
- GHL v2 API (email + SMS delivery)
- Slack webhooks (notifications + approval)
- Twilio Sync (quote data storage)
