- Security audit: reduced from 4 critical to 0 critical
  - Telegram groupPolicy: open → allowlist (6 groups, requireMention=false)
  - Slack groupPolicy: open → allowlist (3 channels)
  - Added groupAllowFrom: Mike's Telegram ID only
- Health watchdog: LaunchAgent runs every 5 min, checks gateway health, auto-restarts, alerts Mike via Telegram Bot API directly (bypasses OpenClaw)
- Reliability plan saved to memory/reliability-plan.md
- Next big step: VPS migration (~$4/month Hetzner)

- Added: AI news, todo list, tasks Harvey can do independently
- Removed: email triage (was separate, now weather/calendar/news/todos/tasks)
