- Built: Morning Briefing v2 (scripts/morning-briefing-v2.py, 692 lines, stdlib only)
- Branch: feature/night-2026-03-16-morning-briefing-v2
- 7 sections: email summary, calendar, bookings, revenue MTD, Slack highlights, open complaints, pulse one-liner
- All sections tested live and working; Launch27 returns 405 (decommissioned) so graceful fallback
- Next step: swap the 7am cron to use v2
