# Daily Notes — March 20, 2026

## Morning Session (5:11 AM - 8:26 AM)

### Second Brain / Knowledge Management
- Long conversation about how to keep up with people Mike follows (newsletters, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Decided: **Readwise Reader** is the primary tool -- one inbox for reading + highlighting
- Readwise API connected (token saved to ~/.openclaw/secrets/readwise-token.txt) ✅
- Raindrop.io dropped -- Reader covers both links AND highlights, no need for two tools
- For Gmail highlights: paste to Harvey → I save via Readwise API (lowest friction)
- PARA method discussed as organizing framework for Notion second brain

### Discord ZHQ Setup
- Audited existing ZHQ server (18 channels already structured well)
- Created 3 new channels:
  - #second-brain (1484509659178991797) under PERSONAL
  - #nmc-wiki (1484509660219441265) under NO MORE CHORES
  - #harvey-logs (1484509661305770106) under COMMAND
- Posted Second Brain project brief in #second-brain
- Added topic descriptions to all 18 channels
- Pinning failed -- Harvey needs Manage Messages permission in ZHQ

### Project Organization Decision
- Telegram: keep for quick convos + general chat
- Discord ZHQ: use for project work (one channel per project) -- better for scale
- Slack: keep for contractors (don't migrate yet, too much friction)
- Plan: contractors move to Discord eventually

### Readwise Status
- ✅ Account exists
- ✅ Reader app installed
- ✅ Harvey API connected
- ⬜ Chrome extension
- ⬜ iOS share sheet enabled
- ⬜ Newsletters switched to Reader email
- ⬜ Readwise → Notion sync
- ⬜ PARA structure in Notion Personal space

## Open / Parked
- #captures Discord channel (parked -- Mike said "not right now")
- Raindrop.io -- dropped, not needed
- Discord Manage Messages permission for Harvey
