## Reactivation Campaign (Apr 7 session)

**Status:** Email drafted, not yet sent. Waiting on GHL setup.

**The list:** 127 churned recurring customers (2024-2025), pulled from Airtable NMC-DB. Sorted by total spent. Top churned customers are huge ($49K, $37K, $36K spent). Notably almost all churned Oct/Nov 2024 — cause unknown.

**Script saved:** /Users/harvey/.openclaw/workspace/scripts/churned-customers.py

**What we decided:**
- Personal-style plain text email, FROM mike@nomorechores.com, signed by Mike
- No graphics, no bold red headlines, no Grace signature
- Offer: first cleaning free when they restart recurring
- Start with top 20-30 highest-value churned customers, see response rate before blasting all 127
- Mike confirmed: personal tone > promo blast

**Approved email copy:**

## Codex Default + Discord /model issue (Apr 7 afternoon)

**TOOLS.md updated:** Added rule at top — always use `openai-codex/gpt-5.4` (alias: `codex`) for ALL coding tasks. Uses Mike's ChatGPT Plus subscription, no API billing.

**Discord /model issue:** Mike tried `/model codex` in the Leah project channel (ID: 1488863499529617521) and got "You are not authorized to use this command." Channel is in the allowlist. Investigated — root cause unclear (groupPolicy + pairing check interaction). Attempted fix; gateway restarted. Unresolved at end of session.

**Spring Fresh campaign:** Mike confirmed completed (Apr 7). Trello cards moved to Done.

## Reactivation Campaign — Continued (Apr 7, ~2:20pm)

## Reactivation Campaign — Data Clarification (Apr 7, ~4:15-4:27pm)

### Key Finding: Most "Top 25" Are Still Active Customers
Mike pointed out that the Airtable "active" flag is inaccurate. Checked upcoming bookings directly in the Bookings table.

**Result: 11 of the top 12 highest-value "churned" customers are still active — they have upcoming bookings confirmed.** They were NOT in the Recurring Lost CSV because they never formally cancelled. They just went quiet in Oct/Nov 2024 but are still being serviced.

**Still active (confirmed via upcoming bookings — DO NOT send reactivation email):**
- Jennifer Nordhagen, Edson Tirelli, Ashlee Goodfellow, Paul Makar, Beverley Mcghee, Darrin Hicks, Taylor Walsh, Renata Mantoan, Mazen Al Masri, David Artemiw, Derek Pyne

**Janet Cesana — genuinely churned.** No upcoming bookings. Formal "no longer wants service" cancel in July 2025. Add to campaign list.

### Recurring Lost CSV — The Real List
Mike exported the "Recurring Lost" view from Launch27 directly (294 rows). This is the accurate churned recurring list — all rows have Cancellation Type = "This Booking and all Future Bookings."

**Categorization of 294 cancellations:**
- ~116 soft (financial, travel, renos, temp pause) — best targets
- ~58 hard (competitor, dissatisfied, bad service) — lower priority
- ~26 exclude (spam, moved abroad, admin errors)
- ~94 ambiguous

### Critical Lesson
**Do NOT use Airtable "active" flag for customer status.** It's unreliable. To verify if a customer is active, query the Bookings table for upcoming bookings with status = confirmed/pending. The Recurring Lost CSV from Launch27 is the authoritative source for churned recurring customers.

### Next Steps (still pending)
- Pull final send list from Recurring Lost CSV (top 25 by LTV, skipping hard cancels)
- Pull emails from Airtable for those 25
- Set up GHL campaign — plain text email, FROM mike@nomorechores.com
- GHL setup not done yet
