**Thesis:** The future of work conversation is all about AI skills. But the most valuable differentiator will be distinctly human skills: communication, leadership, presence, emotional intelligence, sales, negotiation, public speaking. A framework or platform that treats human skill development with the same rigor as AI agent development.

**Interesting tension:** Everyone's focused on making AI more human-like. What about making humans more skilled at the things AI can't do?
