Channel for Leah/Sam AI receptionist project development. Mike + Harvey.

## Current State (Apr 6)
- Leah v3.4 / Sam v1.1 deployed to Vapi
- Tool definitions added to both Vapi configs (was the root cause of endCall bug)
- Automated QA: 5/5 tests passed (pricing, lookup, complaint, FAQ, transfer)
- Staging: Leah 647-799-2731, Sam 647-799-3198
- #leah-qa Slack channel created for QA scoring
- Twilio build ZBc2db77 deployed with booking detail tools

## Active Discussion
- Mike listed additional scenarios Leah needs to handle (tips, CC updates, rescheduling, invoices, cleaner ETA, cancellation, pre-auth charges)
- Mike asked where to hear QA voice call recordings
- QA call recordings are on Twilio (recorded=true on TwiML calls)

## Blockers
- Sam untested on voice
- Booking automation not built (Playwright/Launch27)
- Vapi Call Auditor not wired
- Persistent memory not built
