- Purpose: track cancellation requests and their handling in Slack #cancellations.
- 2026-04-10: Mike asked Harvey to action cancellation for Hiu Laam Au, service date 2026-04-11, reason: not needed this month.
- Checked Launch27 directly. Customer chain confirmed under Hiu Laam Au / winnie.au37@gmail.com / 31 Bales Avenue #608.
- Initial check was wrong: I looked at an older cancelled booking (77073, Mar 14) instead of the live Apr 11 booking.
- Correct upcoming booking was 77557 for 2026-04-11 8:00AM-10:00AM.
- Cancelled booking 77557 in Launch27 as This Booking only with reason: not needed this month.
- Verified it disappeared from active bookings for 2026-04-11 and appears in deleted bookings at 2026-04-10 12:40 PM with the correct reason.
- Standing workflow from Mike for future cancellation requests: always ask for the cancellation reason, and always confirm scope, either this booking only or this booking and all future bookings.
