- Purpose: track complaint and issue handling process decisions shared in Slack #issues.
- 2026-04-10: Mike clarified contractor-channel messages should include name, address, date of service, issue, contractor action needed, instruction to reply in thread, and QC/issue number.
- 2026-04-10: For QC complaints, contractors should not contact or review anything with the client. They should provide their internal account and any relevant details about the visit.
- 2026-04-10: Harvey to update complaint SOP with a standard contractor-notification format for customer issues that need to be shared with contractors.
