- Purpose: scheduling with Vadim's team.
- 2026-04-08: Ross had a dentist appointment and could not be there until 11:00. Vadim said crew was already scheduled and later clarified Ross would be 11-12.
- 2026-04-08: Ian Carnevale ETA was 2:30-3:00pm. Crew later buzzed/called with no response, could not enter because gate was closed, and waited 15 minutes before leaving. Mike said Ian was likely at the hospital with his dad.
- 2026-04-09: Mike asked Vadim to check with the crew about Steven Ye's missing cash envelope from the March 26 clean at 35 Balmuto. Vadim replied the unit was half empty during a move, Steven was there himself, crew did not remember any cash envelopes, and many items were in boxes/bags. Vadim sent 3 photos, then said there were no other bedroom photos and that the window photos were only taken to count extras.
- 2026-04-09: Vadim asked why Ian Carnevale was unassigned permanently. Mike said there was no issue and he was just balancing the schedule, and that where possible other jobs would be swapped in.
- 2026-04-09: Vadim expressed concern that he has been getting fewer jobs over the last two weeks, that existing jobs are now being cut, and said if Mike prefers not to continue they can terminate the contract. Mike replied that no one said that, and added that bookings have been very slow lately.
- 2026-04-10: Mike asked Vadim about Jose Rejes, saying the customer requested a 10-11 arrival even though the message was a bit late. Vadim replied the crew started work at 10 am.
- Open thread: Vadim is feeling insecure/defensive about reduced job volume and reassignment. Likely sensitive contractor relationship issue if it continues.
