Big session today. Two main threads: Abigael time off + NMC Notion wiki built from scratch.

### Abigael / Eid Time Off
- Abigael asked for Friday March 20 off for Eid al-Fitr (told Mike at 4pm day before)
- Mike frustrated -- happens every year
- Harvey pulled 4 years of Slack history showing this is a consistent pattern
- Conclusion: not unreasonable of her -- Eid date is confirmed by moon sighting night before, so late confirmation is legitimate
- BUT: she should flag the window of possible dates 2 weeks in advance so coverage can be arranged
- Draft Slack message prepared for Mike to send Abigael (references upcoming wiki, asks for early window notice going forward)

### NMC Notion Wiki -- BUILT TODAY
- Mike has Notion account (barely used)
- Decided: one Notion workspace, NMC Teamspace (shareable) + Personal space later
- Template: "Pied Piper Home Course Template" from Ayman
- Harvey integration set up (notion-token.txt saved)

- Second brain / knowledge management deep dive
- Decided on Readwise Reader as single tool (dropped Raindrop)
- Harvey connected to Readwise API ✅
- Discord ZHQ: created #second-brain, #nmc-wiki, #harvey-logs
- Added topic descriptions to all 18 ZHQ channels
- Project work moving to Discord (one channel per project)
- For Gmail highlights: paste to Harvey → saved via API
- Readwise setup still needs: Chrome extension, iOS share sheet, newsletter migration, Notion sync

## Open Questions / Parked
- Abigael Slack message -- did Mike send it?
- Spring Fresh campaign deadline March 21 -- execution status unknown
- Slab export: Mike to export useful content as Markdown for Harvey to ingest
- ClickUp access: Mike to share when ready
- Notion wiki: remaining pages need content (SOPs, Operations, Sales, Manager Handbook, etc.)
- Personal Notion space: not created yet, parked
