## Data Intelligence Notes (from Mike, Mar 12)
- SOPs in Slab are out of date but useful as baseline for building new ones
- Complaint/feedback templates are weak — need to BUILD a new standardized process
- Service definitions: scan nomorechores.com for current info
- Contractor rate cards: Mike will point to where they are
- Marketing materials scattered across Dropbox, Drive, Canva, GHL, local computer
- Customer tiers: currently just by frequency. Recurring = highest value. Mike wants to rethink this.
- Contractor photos/before-afters: HIGH PRIORITY — content for quality standards AND marketing
- Airtable: syncing L27 via Zaps since near the beginning (~10 years of data potentially)
- Launch27 API is decommissioned — Airtable may be the only way to access historical booking data
- ClickUp: stopped using it, data is old but may have useful historical context
