Hi there,

I am super sorry to say that Percy was absolutely lovely and did her best today, but I don't think she had a vacuum. Every service I have had with you in the past this had been the case.
I do have a bernese mountain dog and our home wasn't vacuumed.
I really don't like complaining as she was super kind and generous and I did tip her before I looked at our whole home.

I just wanted to let you know that we are generally happy with our services with No More Chores, but if I knew she wasn't provided with a vacuum cleaner, I would have shown them where ours was in the garage. There were also places like the side of our coffee table that wasn't even dusted.

Thanks for letting me share my feedback. Again, she was lovely and our place looked okay, but for what was done, I could have spent the long weekend doing what was provided. I just thought I'd let you know.

Did you not see it and if you did, did you not think that it would be worth checking with the client on why there's another booking so close to the other booking? The reason I'm saying this is because Emily flagged it at 7 a.m. If she hadn't she would have shown up there and it would have been very costly to us. We are already on thin ice with this client and this makes us look completely disorganized.

  You need to be. A quick scan is all it takes. If you looked ahead, you would have quickly seen that Sashi was on the schedule and that would have clicked that she just had a cleaning. Why is she getting two cleanings back to back? Just making sure that the bookings are assigned and the credit cards are on hold is not your only function. As the keeper of the schedule, you need to be looking ahead and seeing that the schedule is functioning in an optimal way with respect to clients, cleaners,  locations, proximity, etc., and making sure that there are no conflicts and that we're not running into situations such as this one. We got lucky.
