## Active Work Streams
- **Spring Fresh Campaign (DEADLINE MAR 21):** Two emails sent, FB/IG posts done, Google Business post done. SMS blast skipped (expensive). Banner/popup designs scrapped. Last chance email to be scheduled for Mar 20. Recurring customer quarterly perk idea takes priority over referral email.
- **Recurring Customer Quarterly Perk (NEW):** Mike owes recurring customers a quarterly perk. Needs scoping — what's the perk? This is a priority.
- **Expense audit:** Cutting ~$750/mo in SaaS. ClickUp needs data backup then cancel. Zapier audit next (need Mike's active zaps list). Ahrefs pausing once replacement built.
- **Launch27/Omar:** Reply drafted, in Gmail drafts. Mike hasn't sent yet. Price freeze + roadmap + changelog asks.
- **Uncollected booking:** 1 booking from Mar 11 needs charging in Launch27 admin.
- **Todoist setup:** Mike agreed to use Todoist for task management. Harvey will manage via API. Not set up yet.
- **Twilio outage:** RESOLVED Mar 16. All 9 functions redeployed. SMS webhook swapped to /leah-chat. Everything live.
- **Dashboard/todos.html:** Working at https://macbookair.taila88920.ts.net/todos.html (Tailscale Funnel). Data is stale, needs updating.
