## Vision (confirmed Mar 12)
- Build an AI-operated company engine — NMC runs autonomously, CleanOS becomes the product
- Long-term: portfolio of AI-operated businesses
- Mike's role: board-level oversight, personal brand, deal-making

## Immediate Priority (this week)
- Fix NMC revenue leaks: missed calls, GHL pipeline, Spring Fresh push
- Target: stop $10-20K/month operational leakage ASAP
- Get NMC to $70K+/month before doing anything else

## Personal Brand (parallel track)
- Build mikeziarko.com + newsletter + social (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Angle: AI agent company vision, running a business with AI operators
- This builds consulting pipeline organically — no active selling until the brand does the work
- Harvey handles content scaffolding, Mike provides the voice/story

## AI Consulting
- Don't actively sell until personal brand is built
- Let content attract inbound rather than cold outreach
- Huy Hoang and other cleaning company owners are warm pipeline for when ready

## Financial Guardrails
- Do NOT invest cash in new ventures until consumer debt is cleared ($100K)
- Cash can be unlocked if needed (Mike has levers)
- Priority: NMC cash flow → debt paydown → reinvestment

## Build Approach (confirmed Mar 12)
- Harvey works day AND night — not just 11pm cron
- Spawn parallel agents for independent tasks
- Build team to execute 24/7
- CleanOS gets built as we solve NMC's problems — every NMC tool is a future CleanOS feature
- GHL is transitional — don't over-invest in it, everything built should be portable to CleanOS eventually

## Customer Tier Rethinking
- Currently: recurring = highest value
- Should be: value-based (LTV, frequency, referrals, low-maintenance)
- Build proper customer scoring once Airtable data is analyzed
