🔧 What I worked on:
• Completed GHL Chat Widget Install Guide (`memory/chat-widget-install.md`) — covers embed code, WordPress install via WPCode, recommended settings, Phase 2 Leah AI chat vision
• Built custom Leah chat widget from scratch — vanilla JS, ~12KB frontend + ~6KB backend, no dependencies. Floating bubble, mobile responsive, session persistence, typing indicator
• Preview live at `http://100.68.175.57:8765/projects/chat-widget/preview.html`
• Fixed leah-chat backend bug — double `JSON.stringify` issue causing `setBody` to double-encode JSON. Chat widget now working correctly
• Set up Vapi on test number +1 (647) 360-9178 — imported Twilio number, assigned "NMC Receptionist - Leah" assistant
• Debugged first Vapi call failure (`pipeline-error-eleven-labs-voice-not-found` — Rachel voice not on account), switching to Cartesia voice (lower latency, no account needed)
