# CleanOS

CleanOS is a planned AI-native operating system for residential cleaning companies.

This repository is for strategy, product planning, architecture, and eventually implementation.

## Current purpose

Right now this repo is for clarifying:
- the product thesis
- the strict MVP
- the first dogfood version for No More Chores
- the build sequence Claude Code should follow later

It is intentionally planning-first, not code-first.

## Suggested workflow

1. Start with `docs/claude-kickoff.md` plus the files in `docs/context-pack.md`
2. Use regular Claude to refine the product thesis, strategic role, MVP, architecture, and milestones
3. Force a clear decision on wedge, sequencing, and opportunity cost before talking implementation
4. Only then hand one tightly scoped milestone at a time to Claude Code
