# Claude Kickoff Prompt

Use this as the initial opening in Claude after attaching the recommended docs.

## Suggested opening

I am working on CleanOS, an AI-native operating system for residential cleaning companies, but I do not want you to treat it as a generic greenfield SaaS idea.

Evaluate it in the context of my existing business, No More Chores, and my broader strategy.

No More Chores is a real operating cleaning business with about 10 years of history, meaningful customer and operational data, and real workflow pain across quoting, booking, scheduling, communication, follow-up, and customer retention.

My goal is not just to invent software. My goal is to create the smartest path to:
- improve No More Chores operationally and financially
- reduce my direct involvement in day-to-day operations
- increase income
- create the option for a future software product or platform if that path is actually justified

I want you to help me pressure-test the opportunity, narrow the wedge, challenge weak assumptions, and identify the best sequence of decisions.

Do not optimize for elegance or maximal scope.
Optimize for practical advantage, speed to economic value, and fit for a solo founder with limited time and cash.

Start by:
1. summarizing your understanding of the business, strategic context, and CleanOS opportunity
2. identifying the biggest contradictions, risks, and unknowns
3. asking me the highest-leverage questions first
4. recommending what should be built, bought, integrated, deferred, or parked

Important:
- Do not assume CleanOS should become a full standalone SaaS immediately
- Consider whether the right path is internal operating system first, intelligence layer first, hybrid model, or something narrower
- Evaluate CleanOS against my current business priorities and opportunity cost
- If this is strategically early, say so directly
- If the best move is a smaller wedge inside the current business, say what it is
- If I am trying to build too much, cut it down aggressively

Be opinionated. Push back where needed.

## Optional stronger line

If my thinking is fuzzy, overbroad, or strategically inconsistent, narrow it. If I am about to build the wrong thing, tell me directly.
